What are my size options?
I generally shoot in an 8x12 landscape orientation. An 8x12 can be blown up to a 16x24; 24x36, etc. All of my photos are shot with high resolution allowing for photo enlargements. I am often asked to make an 8x10; 16x20; 24x30 print size which can be done with minimal cropping to the sides.
Can I work directly with you?
Yes! I love to help people find what they’re looking for. Ordering directly from Randy Small Photography allows me to personalize my interaction with you as the customer. I can answer all of your questions and will work hard to help you order a print or canvas for your home or office. The other advantage of working with me directly, is that it will often save you money because I’m eliminating the middle-man because I take care of all of the ordering for you. What options can I do for photo types?
Photos can be turned into prints, canvas, metal, and other assorted types, including puzzles. People like to have different options and choose different types for different reasons. There is no one size fits all, so take your pick and go with it. You may find out you that you are satisfied with what you have chosen.
How do I know how and what to order?
At the website here, you will find a photo title and a date associated with that photo. In the order form, choose the name of the photo, date, size, and the type. If you are ordering a quantity of two or more, add all information to the order form.
What do I need to do to have my order approved?
I will not finalize any order until you see a proof. The proof will be the photo of your choice. Once approved, the order will be finalized.
What types of payment do you accept?
Custom order payment options are PayPal, Venmo, Credit/Debit Card, Cash, or Local Check.
Do I have to order off your website?
No. But, you are more than welcome to order from the site. My website is hosted by Fine Art America, a high-quality printer that takes care of all my printing orders. They are both middle-man and printer. Their costs are higher than if you work with me directly. The advantages of ordering from the website are as follows: Ease of ordering, high-quality product and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Can I just receive a quote using this form?
Yes! Fill out the quote section with your photo choice, size, and type and I will get a quote to you within 2 business days. The quote will include price, taxes (if applicable), and any S/H.
How do I receive my order?
You can choose to have the order shipped to your residence, business or other U.S address. The shipping price will be included in your quote. You can also choose to pick up your order at my office at your convenience. If you need special shipping arrangements, note that in the comment section.
